Executive Team is a mess, terrible management. Lack of organizational skills, support and communication. Company wide layoffs and claimed Covid relief from government to restructure.

Amazing coworkers, you'll meet some great people here. Cool unique jobs and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.

Cons

Abusive supervisors, management lets them get away with no more than a slap on the wrist and will reprimand those who complain about the work conditions. Very high turnover rate that they excuse with "seasonal jobs," truth is no one wants to stay here for longer than a few months because of the sheer amount of stress this job puts on you. Extremely corporate environment. Bad pay for the amount of work you do. Close to zero opportunities for growth within the department.
