-Lots of opportunities to work full time hours -reasonable pay compared to other security companies -Professional company, management is good

Cons

-Work can be very repetitive (ex. Standing in one spot for 4-8 hours) -Difficult to advance to higher positions within the company

Managers are very helpful and kind Less expectations for the beginners Proper paid training for 3-5 days min

Cons

No downside I could see any. Need to make my career in my field of oil and gas, so left Calgary and came over in Edmonton. Working in the labs as a volunteer. Missing my Guardteck colleagues a lot.
