      Pros

      Nice Family environment first month of employment.

      Cons

      Once you work for a few months, realize what a mistake you made joining. Very stressful, too much work, no overtime pay just do overtime, work like a dog, too many turnovers, low pay, no diversity (92% one race, same goes with promotions and higher ups), SWEAT SHOP !

      Leadership is Weak / Culture is all flash and no Substance

      Pros

      - thanks to weak leadership any one can coast through if all they are interested in is a paycheck -

      Cons

      - the poor culture within the company is persistent and apparent throughout all the levels of leadership which in itself is weak. - Another example of their poor culture is them touting their own horn about "Diversity" yet when you visit their leadership page you can clearly see the "Diversity". Pretty much all white/male with a few tokens minorities sprinkled about. - Isolated location. Want to go on lunch? gotta drive out a atleast 10+ to get to somewhere decent otherwise you better bring your own lunch. - some senior leadership are apathetic when it comes to communications ie. weekly updates via email blast. Reading some of them shows that its a task they do not enjoy doing but have no problem pretending to enjoy via their written words.

      Too much work and not enough people

      Pros

      Many of the people who work there are great. Supportive and willing to help out. The projects are generally really interesting, and there is the ability to try a lot of different roles.

      Cons

      It’s impossible to meet revenue and profitability targets without working tons of overtime. Teams are overworked and understaffed, and management never says no to projects, even if there aren’t enough people to deliver the work. Most people are drastically underpaid. Time off, even when sick, is discouraged.
