Pros

Remote work is widely accepted at the company. Great and smart leaders from various industries. Prioritize work-life balance.

Cons

The management team is very hostile. The CEO is involved with EVERY single decision and does not give enough credit where its due. There's a reason why great leaders have been hired - they need to do a better job of utilizing them to the full potential. The culture is non-existent at HRD and the HR team does not try hard enough to make the place a fun and inviting environment to work in.
