Pros

Hybrid work model, was nice to get to work from home sometimes.

Cons

Suffered the worst corporate burnout here. The turn-over in staff in every department is shocking and upper management power-trip and don't actual care about staff. Was working 75 hour weeks on 55K a year. Stay away if you can.

Caring people, great leadership team, work from home 2-3 days a week.

Cons

Generally not a well paid industry. Little opportunity for advancement. Bonus structure is great but only paid out every few years.
