      Nice work place and you will get bored within 2 months of joining

      Cons

      Not good for long term.. management is full of politics.. from department manager to top level…favoritism is more No value for people who do hard work, and genuinely working. And no recognition.. it’s all just temporary recognition for that day

      Pros

      Flexible hours, great discounts on clothing, continual training, excellent technology, and exceptional products. If the management is good, they will support you and you will achieve success.

      Cons

      Current management (regional and store level) is very good, however, some past management was very negative or focused on serving management (and their own careers), not associates and customers. As with many companies, some management focused on compliance and "yes people" and would be suspicious or negative when others were successful.
