Pros

Fair benefits and pay. Very good discount. The Rosens are wonderful people.

Cons

Extreme "mean girls" attitude in marketing. Extremely gossipy office culture. The CCO lacks all personal skills and is doing a phenomenal job of ripping any sort of camaraderie out of what could be a positive work environment. They play favorites and isn't discrete about it. They are unsupportive unless you're part of the sorority, so unless you're "in", you're on your way out. I hope the Rosens start paying closer attention to her departments, management is a big reason so many people are leaving. There have also been a number of racist remarks made from them when it comes to casting models for photo shoots and live events. Leave that to someone else.

Pros

Nice people at first, loved the people in the merchandising and stocking department. Very nice people and really easy-going. They don't shun you or anything. Some of the sales associates are really nice and genuinely want to talk and help you out. No need to clock in or out, they trust you.

Cons

- Majority of sales associates and store managers have their favorites. Will ignore you or treat you like some stranger after the first few days of working there or will treat you like their own personal assistant. When you're folding clothes at a different area, they'll bring clothes all the way from one area to yours just for you to fold it and scramble around the store trying to find where they even picked it out. - Customers and employees don't wear masks and are anti-vaxx (some not all). Customers don't get told to wear a mask or anything. - Merchandisers are unable to talk with other merchandisers even if they're helping them out with something but sales associates and store managers will talk in large groups and won't ever get in trouble. - Sales associates don't like it when you help customers even though sales associates were too busy talking with everyone else but customers.

Thank you for the feedback. Please know that the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance to our organization. Given this, all customers and Associates are required to wear a mask while working unless they have a medical exemption. Any customer entering the store without a mask is reminded of our masking policy and offered one at the door. The only customers who may be in the store without a mask are those who advise us that they have a medical exemption. If this policy was not followed in the store that you were working in then I hope that you shared this information on your Exit Interview so that we are able to follow up. With the current Covid health crisis, it is a very challenging industry to be in financially

We recognize that Covid has made for a difficult retail environment recently but have noted that since the vaccine roll-out has commenced that our business has been getting better and better each week. Taking into account our new branding strategy, the multiple ways that staff can now connect with clients, our beautiful Spring product and our talented and diverse selling team we are very confident that we'll enjoy a very successful 2021.
