Ill defined employee roles; forced to work multiple positions for little pay. No employee structure; don’t know who’s in leadership roles. Upper management constantly undermines middle management’s ability to efficiently run storefronts. Upper management fails at supporting staff, giving direction and listening to their employees. Inadequate/inconsistent pay wage. No real opportunity for employee advancement. Overall chaotic & stressful environment.
