Pros

The culture here is pretty awesome. Senior leaders are always looking for ways to give back to employees and to make them feel valued. Bonus structure is fair and based on individual performance, which makes sense. Everyone has the ability to get the top bonus payout if you put in the effort. My manager holds regular 1:1 meetings, as do all people leaders at HireRight. It's a good social environment. Our sustainability policy is solid and effective. I really enjoy working for this company.

Cons

In some of the smaller offices, there are not as many opportunities for advancement. This is shifting, but ever so slowly. Employees in smaller offices are being given opportunities to apply for positions in other countries if they have the skill set. The future looks hopeful.
