The money would be the only reason.

Cons

They have the unrealistic expectation of their employees to perform two jobs belonging to two people at the same time. Being too cheap to hire another dispatcher for over a year, they instead have the Office Administrator do the job of dispatcher and their own admin job at the same time. Reap what you sow.
