      Pretty good place but there are better studios than this

      Pros

      - HH does have a lot of creativity - computer equipment is good - there is a full gym onsite plus showers - great kitchen with everything you might need

      Cons

      - the work can sort of drag on - the open plan office makes it super hard to focus - no job security, you could be fired easily

      Pros

      Good perks for staff. Coffee, paid lunches, etc. Most low level staff are very friendly. Its the executive team that is the issue.

      Cons

      Exec team encourages workers post fake reviews here on a regular basis to bury bad reviews. Executive infighting led to lots of work being done multiple times or poor design decisions are made because of one executive just wanting to get their way. There's a glass ceiling. Executives are all waiting for a sale or a payout so promotions are not going to happen. Very bro-culture and not female friendly. Only a handful of females working there.

      Pros

      There is occasional snacks and unlimited coffee Lots of restaurants nearby, easy to get lunch Awesome location downtown, a really great place to walk

      Cons

      The direction in the company seems to be lacking, we really don’t know what’s going on or if there are any long-range plans Heavy emphasis on analytics and KPIs, though we really don’t often actually see much of the data Poor outlook. Multiple products have performed badly. Open concept office; lots of noise so headphones are a must at all times
