The pay was pretty good Paid travel time/flights
Cons
Dangerous work with saftey culture of out of sight out of mind, unpaid daily meetings and unpaid daily travel to the worksite, hard labor, 4weeks in 2 weeks out shift, no breaks, terrible management that isn't afraid to lie to your face. If they lose your bags expect to not see them for 6+ months and be ready to pay to fix thier screw up.
