Pros

You are not actually required to work..

Cons

Depressing work environment. Mediocrity is celebrated. Coworkers constantly talking about perverse subjects and continually being assigned sexual harassment trainings but nothing changes. Manager making crude comments about high school women who were on site for model UN/Model ICAO. Disgusting. Lots of gossip. Low pay. There have been people working here charged with human trafficking. Another former executive was just charged with arms dealing. Look up James Kuand Chi Wan. All right on brand with this miserable facade of an organization. It’s a breeding ground for abuse and despair. Stay away at all costs.

Cons

Very low salary and not adjust according to inflation. Very limited resources both budget and manpower. Working process is lengthy and inefficient.
