The location (downtown Toronto) and, let me think. Guess that's it !

Cons

When employees are leaving the company without another job, it sums it up! That's what a "poisoned" environment do. So just think twice before applying and if you do, ask a lot of questions ... about the culture, environment, etc. Search for former employees (e.g. LinkedIn) and contact them to get their point of view.

Benefits, Dream perks and a coffee machine with an assortment of coffee.

Cons

Poor management, excess work hours (no work/life balance), 3rd party service provider so your trying to please the customer service and the client.

- very cheap, does not provide any stationary supply or laptop caring case - management expect people to work overtime as normal - workers are not allowed to express their opinions - Management approach is I pay your salary, I own you. You do what I say. - a lot of non qualified people running the company and departments
