      discount at the restaurants working with cool brands small team - opportunity to bring ideas to life

      Cons

      Very unorganized No structure People who shouldn't be working there, never get let go and hinder the ability for others to do their job No females in director roles It's a boys club mentality - only men are promoted / hired to power positions No room for growth, they hire for management and director roles instead of promoting from within No remote work No bonus' No performance reviews Pay scale is very low - getting a raise is impossible

      No work life balance, expectations to work more than reasonable Constant mixed messaging, lack of standards or support. Unclear who is in charge. Male environment with outdated and often unacceptable behavior's.
