Pros

Lovely people, little ego. Teams are also super diverse and cultural. Have made friends for life here! Managers are flexible and understanding in different circumstances - also they don’t micromanage unlike new Omnicom…

Cons

Everyone is stressed and burnt out from overworking for minimal reward. There is such high turnover because of the acquisition.
