nice people, decent benefits, professional working environment, good place to start your career

Cons

little to no chance of getting a raise or a promotion (criteria for promotions are very, very vague), many people are unhappy about pay vs amount of time worked, crazy working hours with no overtime/comp time, management makes everything look glossy on the outside but they try to hold people from moving up and refuse to negotiate in any way on salaries/vacation time, there is no respect for the opinions of anyone below management level (the overworked bunch who can only complain so much without being reprimanded), bonuses are decreasing annually

Work from home is THE only pro.

Cons

unstable workplace, no one knows what they're doing, everyone takes forever to help you, servers are always going down, no one seems to care, management couldn't be any more disconnected if they tried, you tend to get stuck on one process and that's your job forever, staff is so thin you don't have a backup so forget about taking a vacation without bringing your phone or laptop, i could go on and on.

I got the experience of having to work doing data de-identification of clinical feeds related to pharmaceutical companies .

Cons

It was a bad experience of having to join the team of Privacy Analytics in downtown Toronto office . Nothing is streamlined in terms of production support related to applications .
