Pros

- High entry level pay - Good benefits (ubers/taxis, uber eats during work hours, 401k matching, stipend) - Fun, young work colleagues

Cons

- Incredibly high turnover - Incredibly high expectations - Facing 'criticism' is a method used by managers to micro manage and ridicule - Incredibly high standards for client care, the con being the diminishing returns as you are included in more accounts. This leads to 'criticism' - Very client facing, with meetings all day. Difficult to get work done in operating hours. Expect to work long hours/nights pretty much year-round.

Pros

- Great training program when your first start - they set you up with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role - Open door policy with management and leadership, have the opportunity to interact with them frequently - Fun team events and perks - Good benefits paid for by the company

Cons

- They promote top performers to be Supervisors but none of them actually have any of the proper management skills needed to lead a team. Just because someone is a good salesperson doesn't mean they're going to be a good sales manager. - Due to poor management, there is an unnecessary amount of micromanaging and supervisors/managers are quick to point the finger and blame you or others if anything goes wrong with a client or project. Very little accountability. - Promotions and opportunities within the company are based more on favoritism than performance - Very little diversity, especially among upper management and at the head office. People only tend to hire other people/friends that they know or went to school with. - Little to no work/life balance - management does the bare minimum to ensure that teams have the right amount of resources to do their work, leading to long hours constantly. If you're not able to keep up with the unreasonable amount of work you're labeled as not being good at your job. Very toxic work culture. - Turnover is high, constant revolving door of people leaving and joining the company with very few staying more than 2-3 years

Pros

As ISN has grown, so have policies, processes, and employee and management attitudes towards work. Some of the main pros of working for ISN include: - Senior Management that is willing to listen to your opinions - Health, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits paid fully by ISN around the globe - Above average pay, bonus, and and time off for each location - Fully stocked snacks, sodas, and other drinks - Quarterly meetings and team events that allow us to socialize and meet the adage of "work hard, play hard" - Employees that work hard and pour everything they have in to the business. Slackers need not apply. - Worldwide work and travel opportunities for employees that are willing to put in the work and seek out the adventures. - Focus on ethics and acting responsibly, from the top down.

Cons

We learn as we grow. Many employees find ISN as their first job. I have no doubt that once they have worked at several other companies they will see what a gift it was to work at ISN. With that said, any company will have areas they can focus on and improve. A few for ISN include: - Addressing pay disparities between locations that have differing costs of living - Reversing the trend of less transparency in communications from executive management. The larger we get the less we are communicated with. - Include the ability to provide upward feedback (360 reviews, management reviews). Formal feedback is only provided in one direction.
