Pros

Little to no pros with this organization.

Cons

Toxic divide between people who have been there since inception and new team members. Lots of gossip in the office and total lack of trust amongst team members . Under resourced and no onboarding

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear of your experience while working at Practice Ignition. Both the wellbeing and engagement of our people is at the heart of everything we work to achieve and it's disappointing to hear that your experience didn't reflect this attention and focus. We have a brilliant VP, Marketing newly leading and scaling the Marketing function at pace, striving to ensure the team is well resourced, engaged and set up for every success. More broadly, Practice Ignition is growing at pace and it's truly an exciting time to be part of the team. This is not without its challenges and we very much appreciate your open and honest feedback.

Thank you for your review of your time working at Ignition. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the people you worked with at Ignition, along with finding our flexible working arrangements valuable. We equally appreciate the feedback around our compensation, and it is worthwhile to note that we run local market data each quarter to ensure we remain competitive when it comes to our compensation & reward packages. We are sorry to hear that you feel micromanagement is a con at Ignition. Our goal is to foster a supportive and empowering environment where all employees can thrive and feel trusted in their roles. However, there may be times where more hands-on management from our front line leaders is required (ie: during development/training opportunities, to meet goals, etc). We do have internal feedback mechanisms to gather feedback more often to address concerns as well. Thank you again for your review.

Pros

- Ignition is constantly growing and evolving. As a result you operate at a fast pace and therefore, your opportunity to learn and grow with the company is immense. - Fantastic people that care about each other and our customers. They truly care about what the product is trying to help our customers achieve. - A culture of trust that you are capable of doing what you were brought in to do. - The team has grown to include some incredible leaders and contributors who bring great ideas to the table. - flexibility to work how you like, when you like.

Cons

-The fast pace means things change quickly. The pace isn't for everyone due to ambiguity as processes and focus changes. If you can live with ambiguity, you can survive the pace of change.
