      The co-workers, the updated benefits and company swag.

      Cons

      Leadership wants you to work more than your hours without compensation. Leadership does not make decisions based on the employees but rather makes themselves look good by implementing strategic benefits. Managers are overworked and this organization is in constant change.

      • I love coming to work every day and collaborating with the team with during our morning meetings. •The team is filled with creative problem solvers who are inspiring to work alongside • Very flexible schedule adaption, it is nice to be able to work from home and around my kids schedule. •Opportunity for big projects, movement and growth within the company •Strong culture which makes it fun to work here •Busy environment which makes the day go quick •Great Team players, everyone is very helpful and friendly and its nice to have your second family at work

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but I really enjoy working with Inline Group Inc. While we grow and there are things that are evolving for the good!!(new technology, new systems, adding office space, new policies and procedures) and many more that come along with a growing company. Its important to be able to adapt with the changes and not get hung up on what's wrong but focus and be able to support what is happening in the moment and the progress you are aiming for. With having opportunities for growth to be defined the future and the role you play in it, the mindset is always a reward. Momentum is always the key you all play a huge part in the company's success.
