-Place to career growth -A place to learn -Access to new technologies -Free access to LinkedIn Learning and Pluralsight -Trying to adapt to the market in terms of some benefits, like mental health, work/family life balance, and also in terms of trends, like harassment tolerance, LGBTQ and multiculturalism inclusion initiatives
Cons
-Salary not very competitive -High level politics/burocratic environment (kind of expected in a big company). Certain toxic behavior still tolerated but the company speech is to eradicate them -Some employee's benefits depend on the manager decision, like for example, education bonuses/fees instead of Human Resources
