Cons

Fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, but it’s also a great opportunity to learn quickly.

Pros

Remote work, that about all there is in terms of Pros

Cons

Too many to list but here are few major cons 1. Directors, Executives and C level hire all their friends. Give them HUGE salaries and disregard the loyal employees who have been there for years. 2. Promotions are based on who you know and not based on performance 3. Teams are disorganized and everyone does what they want when they want. 4. Bad Tech 5. Office lacks seats and you are literally working in a garage. 6. Lack of communication 7. No real leadership - new or recent management try to change things when they don't really know what they are doing.

Pros

- Work from home - Flexible schedules to choose from

Cons

- 16$ is unreasonable as you only deal with customer issues. Calls are back-to-back & they expect you to have an average of 4mins per call which is unrealistic since you have to deal with upset customers - BC & AB have terrible drivers, for this reason most of the calls are from those region (main issues are false delivery attempts by drivers) - There are no plans to improve our services to customers. Supervisors will tell you to send in complaint forms against drivers & apologize to customers. We are unable to contact warehouses & drivers which makes us job difficult to reassure customers.
