      Pros

      Being a part of this company after 5 years you get a big share of ups and downs. With our new CEO, Michael, recently joining the mission you can see how a strong leader can flip the script for a sinking organization. The vision is becoming clearer and the work culture is building itself back up. The biggest pro will always be the impact we have on youth mental health.

      Still not meeting the standard of pay with how much work is being done. Staff can be stretched thin with turnover rate
