Sneaky leadership team in HQ

Anonymous employee

Business Outlook

Pros

Healthcare benefits and rrsp match program Annual bonus and merit increase Tuition reimbursement

Cons

It was a constant battle of trying to weave your way through the manipulation of the leadership team. They only focus on protecting each other and your average employee has no protection. They investigate situations with a bias and a lot gets swept under the rug. This isn’t the wholesome company that they pretend to be.
