Pros

Free food, performance bonuses, travel, and some truly great people.

Cons

Everything is chaos, and in that chaos the employees are treated very poorly by management. Work-life balance doesn't exist. Morale is very low.

Great mission, feels like every day contributes to a bigger goal It was exciting at the beginning but it rapidly changed into a very toxic culture

Cons

Upper management rules with an iron fist Extreme micromanagement No room to grow since company over hired and now its slowly reducing staff Compartmentalize, Head office works in complete disconnection from the field Toxic culture, people hold on to their jobs only because of the high salary
