Pros
The only thing that's good about this company is that they pay fair.
Cons
This company couldn't give to shakes about the laws and regulations that they're supposed to be operating under.. or the fact that their customers pay for a service. Their business plan seems to be : bid low to get the Job, pressure employees to sign for work that isn't complete, in a time frame that is way less than what is needed to do the work.. then claim obsolescence for everything.. and then bill extra for it. It is very hard to take pride in the work you do when working here. Morale is low. Employees are brow beaten and a lot of the talent has left.. leaving a lot of inexperienced, new, untrained, and unmotivated individuals in their place.
