Pros

Realtors are nice and generous. Good office location

Cons

Management micromanages and expects so much from you. Think they can motivate their way into overworking you. - They made jump on a 9 am call everyday to share what our main focus was for the day - You had to send an email and list everything you did that day and what you still need to do - Every week you had to submit a form with your short term goals, long term goals, and what you’ve accomplished that week to reach them - DAILY deadlines that you cannot miss = regular overtime, specially on Fridays - Even if you go above and beyond, they don’t care and still expect you to do more Put together being overworked + toxic positivity & motivation/hustle culture, and you’ll find yourself burnt out in no time. Providing feedback to management does nothing. Owner has a very fragile ego. Took me 2 years to get over my burnout and get back to office administration work
