      Poor ethics, layoffs in violation of Warn, incompetent outsourcing

      Pros

      Remote work and some other perks that are going away.

      Cons

      We went from competent foreign staff to off shoring even more staff in the last year, with a huge quality decline in foreign employees. Managers and management got very shady. Forced resignations, layoffs that didn't adhere to legal and social norms, and some other bad stuff. The ethics training courses were a bit tongue in cheek starting in 2022. This was a sign of the new direction. Old CEO was seemingly ok, new guy definitely not.

      Work environment is really good . Always updated in technology. Co workers are really friendly and share knowledge.

      Salary hike percentage is not that good .
