Pros

Well designed products. Young, fun junior staff that keeps spirits up. Nice office in a great location. Decent compensation.

Cons

Its been said on here a lot, but the values of the company externally do not seem to match the values internally. So many people are let go for not telling the CEO what she wants to hear, even if its impossible. Everything is very secretive. Full departments get called out for things beyond their control (customers make returns!) when overly optimistic KPIs aren't met.

Pros

Beautiful, central office space Good perks & benefits Employees really cares about our mission, product and customers

Cons

Hands down the CPO. I’ve never worked in a place that’s more toxic and fear-driven. It’s pretty well known that the second you get on the CPO's bad side, you’re out. If you’re not bending to every whim or voicing “approved” opinions, you’re seen as a problem and usually subsequently fired. The recent messaging from her on LinkedIn is horrible. They basically tell you, “If you don’t like coming into the office, quit.” No empathy, no understanding, just this constant push to conform or leave. It’s become clear that if you have any personal concerns or if you're upset about any policies, you better keep your mouth shut. This fear of speaking up is real, and it feels like no matter how much you contribute, if you step out of line, you’re gone. On the other side it’s well known if you just go along with things it’s in your benefit. This toxic, fear-based culture comes straight from the top. If feels like the CPO is all talk when it comes to values, and the reality is she prioritizes control over employee wellbeing. This is further amplified by the fact that she has been overheard calling people dumb and stupid. The sad part is what they advertise on the outside doesn’t match what happens on the inside. You’re better off finding a company that genuinely practices the values they promote.

Pros

From the outside it looks like a great company that is all for empowering females.

Cons

From the outside, this company looks like they're all for supporting women, and women empowerment. This is not the case when you work for them. If you're a smart, hardworking woman with great ideas, look for a position elsewhere. This company isn't about female empowerment, really the opposite. They like to keep you in your position and don't give you the tools to grow. There were many REAL reviews that have been removed and flooded with fake positive ones on Glassdoor from upper management. They need to listen to the reviews and stop having them removed. You cannot make fake reviews all in the span of a couple days (April 8-15th) and think people won't recognize.
