      Logistics from Hell and poor and unprofessional management

      Good Benefits and pretty much thats it

      Cons

      Too Many, I worked there for a few years and heard all kind of racial slurs torch hispanic employees, management poorly handle the situations and nothing happened to the aggressors. Very arrogant attitude in management and extremely hostile work environment, Managers do not have appropriate attitude and lack of management skills.

      The CEO is extremely rude to his staff and clients. He’s creating a toxic work environment from the top down. It seems most people there are unhappy and there’s a lot of turnover due to his bad attitude and lack of respect. Even his managers are afraid of him! His attitude and the way he personally treated me was so awful that not only will I never work or interview there again but I will also never do business with him or this company.

      This seems to be more of a personal grievance and not knowing the details, we can only assume it was a misunderstanding. We work in a high energy, fast-paced environment with tight schedules and communication is often direct. While all work cultures are not for everyone, we are fortunate to have many long-standing employees that enjoy being a part of this company.
