Pros
I worked for LTI for a few years. It’s a good place to start your career but if you want to grow, you won’t get the support from the management as they assign you to different clients and there is not visibility. No performance review and you can be in the same role forever with no salary increase. The annual salary increase is just a joke.
Cons
No bonus, no top level medical insurance, no stock options or EPP although the company is public, more importantly no retirement plan.
