you are overworked to hell. bosses disregard your well-being. in fact, bosses are rude to you. one manager has been promoted because hr pitied him after a bullying incident and now we’ve got a 20 year old refusing to close down rides that show safety concerns because he badly, badly wants to capitalize off our work and health. same individual will visit rides on his day off and time ride ops on their send off time, which is absolutely ridiculous and toxic. this place has no empathy for you and you will get written up for all and anything despite you giving your time and energy and risking fainting from the heat. add to this the special entitlement and childishness from guests, and you’re set for an unbearable job.
