Leadership is actively hostile to their staff. There are needless amounts of Directors, managers, etc that serve only to make your job more difficult than it needs to be. Their are significant issues with racial prejudice which is really disappointing in an organization like this.

You are heavily monitored, more than you realize it. They have very bad turnover due to how CCIOs are treated by management. This means they are often short staffed. When this happens they FORCE you to work an extra 3 hours after your shift! If you make small mistakes you are put on performance plans. There is literally zero space to make any type of mistake and this job comes with a huge learning curve. Looking back I cannot believe how much I put up with from management.
