Pros

They provide you with a great deal of information and training prior to getting out on the floor. The numerous department heads all work together as a team to ensure that you continue to develop as a trainer and a fitness professional. Not to mention, because of Lifetimes price point, the members have money and are willing to spend it for training.

Cons

If you aren't organized, it will take an herculean effort to get and maintain business. Has the potential to take over your life if you allow it.

Pros

zero, after working there, you begin to hate the gym, and don't want to work out there anyways..

Cons

I am actually wondering if these are real people leaving these positive reviews. I don't know anyone from our club who is happy, literally everyone is looking for another job. The management is poorly trained, rude and heartless. It has created a very poor work environment. The wages are extremely low for the work that is required. Don't be fooled by the free membership perk. Most employees happily walk away from it.
