Pros

Smart innovative people who want to improve things . Good wages & benefits.

Cons

The one word that comes to mind immediately is micromanagement. Linde is chock full of it . It never has worked & never will . Linde also has a habit of merely talking the talk as walking the walk would cost more . Crazy shemes like mailing safety postcards to every employee over ride such important matters as equipment upgrades. To change a pump motor for example requires navigating through massive layers of corporate beuracracy if one has the patience for it to begin with. Centralising maintenence & filling facilities in North America is a chronic problem that leads to cost increases across the board. North America is not Europe, it's massive & the policy is not remotely logical in that matter. They claim to want & be an HPO , all talk of course as that would mean a fundimental mindset change & spending a huge amount of money . Linde like to talk about things. They're nowhere near as enthusiastic about acting on their talk.

micromanage is the way they run. Fear, unethical management, no words to describe the mistreatment of employees

Pros

Hybrid, 2 days from home

Cons

The Team Lead in the collections team, a highly incompetent woman, makes it her mission to make new hires lives a living hell. She’s extremely disrespectful in her tone and there were trainees who had quit during the middle of training sessions because of the Team Lead’s horrible and awful attitude. Another person during my train handed in his keypad during a meeting and he was extremely upset and concerned for his well being for having to put up with the Team Lead. I left a few months after as i could no longer take her toxic and incompetent approach at the workplace. The supervisor disregarded employee’s concerns including mine, stating that she has been working at the company for a long time and it’s a family culture and we just “have to put up with her”.
