Endless work demands with no reprieve. - No job security due to multiple firings and layoffs. - Indecisive and chaotic leadership leading to poor job security and inefficient messaging. - Lack of transparency and actions with so-called “anonymous” employee surveys when results are poor. - Expectation to go “above and beyond” with no additional motivation or compensation. - Managerial and C Suite downfalls are always blamed on staff. They will never change how things are done, despite appearing to want feedback. - Pointless mandatory quarterly planning events.
