Pros 1. Strong, collaborative culture: I had the privilege of working with incredibly smart, supportive, and collaborative colleagues. The environment encourages teamwork and the idea that when one person succeeds, the whole team succeeds - we call it #OneTeam 2. Meaningful product that solves real business challenges: I partnered with fantastic customers and saw firsthand how impactful Loopio’s platform is in helping organizations manage and respond to RFPs more effectively. It’s a product that teams really rely on, and that makes the work feel meaningful. 3. Leadership and Mentorship: Loopio creates space for people to develop, take ownership, and support one another. I particularly appreciated how much emphasis is placed on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and lifting each other up. 4. Great PTO, remote work, and health benefits

A really great organization that is working to thrive through this stage of growth People care, and are working together to make things happen. Challenges like any saas company right now, but the teams are focused. Remote company- definite plus Lots of opportunity to connect in person socially
