Pros

Work from home 3 days a week, salary is very competitive, cool coworkers

Cons

Because the company operates in the grocery industry, there was very little room for creativity, as campaigns were largely repetitive and simply refreshed for each new ad week. For individuals who are highly creative or strategic, the work may become repetitive quickly due to the weekly campaign structure and limited opportunity for innovation. I also did not feel well supported in my role, and the workplace culture did not feel conducive to asking questions or seeking guidance. The communication style within the department often felt harsh and dismissive. Questions were sometimes met with irritation rather than guidance, which created an environment where employees felt uncomfortable seeking clarification or support. The marketing director was not easy to work with, and several coworkers expressed similar concerns. It was discouraging to experience — and witness — harsh communication toward employees, as well as toward outside vendors collaborating on campaigns. This contributed to an overall culture that felt discouraging rather than collaborative. Overall, it was not a positive experience.
