Pros

-WFH, work from anywhere -there some nice people -artists, TDs, sups

Cons

-Very hectic work environment your tasks assigned to you, you don't get to decide anything. Even if you know subject, you won't be listened -Poor coordination and collaboration between departments, pressure and tension between -Lots of politics, everyone is involved -Promotions without compensations, saw a few people get promoted/refuse to get promoted like that and then leave after a couple of months -Top management has no idea what they are doing, so they hiring INCOMPETENT PEOPLE who promise skies and set UNACHIEVABLE GOALS, no prior technical assessment . When goals fail they put the blame on departments and fire everyone -Lay offs effective immediately! They disconnect you from the network

Pros

Some talented developers, remote work from anywhere...

Cons

- Toxic culture, you can feel it in the air. - Bad management, they will blame you. - They are clueless, trying to get in projects they don't have the capability to get in and putting the pressure for this on the developers. - They will promote people and don't compensate (fake promotion, more responsibilities without reward) - Beware of HR ..

Pros

The projects are interesting and different from most other ML companies

Cons

1. The management team are not synced and the projects just keep changing and in such a situation they put the blame and pressure on employees 2. The estimates are not realistic or technically evaluated, it's basically hectic research and the research supervisors do not offer any help, they would ask you to do sth, if you tell them it is not feasible or you need help, then prepare to be blamed and called out in the meetings 3. The ML team are not very experienced in these topics, and you won't get any support from the professors who are guiding the research, so there is not much room for learning unfortunately 4. There is not much support for the data pipeline so prepare to do lots of low level work for getting and loading the data which is a huge turn off
