Pros

You can help clients as their programs are good. The new building is nice although transportation is a pain .

Cons

Management are horrible and unprofessional. They make fun of employees about their weight, their looks or the way the dressed. Racists as well

Pros

If working at a separate office, networking is somewhat possible.

Everything from incompetent leadership to an organization-wide discrepancy in utilizing government funding.

Pros

If you love this work, clients and colleagues are amazing.

Cons

Management. No training, even if you ask for it. Expectations are high for those on probation. They fire people instead of training or provide support, nor do they inquire about issues from all parties.
