Pros

Some big projects, if you are a junior you will find a lot of good people in the same situation as you.

Cons

Pipeline, always overtime, low pay, stupid rules like the RAG system, frozen salaries, not enough FX TD and no organisation.

Pros

OT is always paid, you can do the extra hours when you like as a coordinator (before 9am, after 6pm). Office has coffee machine and snack. Cereal in the mornings. Some fruit. Lots of different teas. When you work through lunch they order food in. Other people there are awesome.

Cons

Very hectic, and quite disorganised. Not much training, but more importantly not much time to do the training and work takes over very quickly. Sometimes people get a bit bitter and harsh due to stress. Especially higher ups (producers, executive producers, managers).
