Pros

Paid training, beautiful office, co-workers are really nice.

Cons

Where do I begin.....They are obsessed with quality and have unrealistic expectations. Every action taken on a call is scrutinized i.e. hold time, first call resolution, transfer rate, talk time etc. These stats are used to determine if you are capable of doing the job, poor performers usually get warning letters and little to no time is given for improvement. Turnover is high so get use to seeing new facing often.

nothing here is a pro

Cons

PAY is horrible, not worth your time. right now we are working from home, so not to bad. But once we go back into the office, it is not worth the gas money/ bus trips to get there. Other agents in other campaigns get incites for doing their job/working extra hours. while others don't. but biggest issue it pay across the board. HR-trainers and supervisors are all saying different things. since new management come into place, seems like they are hiring more people out of the company for higher roles instead of internal people.
