      Pros

      Feels good to work there at first. Good Salary and great benefits.

      Cons

      Terminations at alarming rates and higher terminations of employees who are Indigenous. Forced to sign a release or you won’t get a high settlement. Gaslighting and silencing of already marginalized employees. If I wanted to feel this way I would have went back to my ex.

      This is a great place to work, especially if you are passionate about environmental and social sustainability.

      More work to do than can possibly be done in a day.

      was great to work for a large well established non-profit. decent salary. good people doing good work for the common good.

      Cons

      major gap between 'senior management' and everyone else. not great pay if you're not in senior management. not capitalizing on momentum of all the projects
