Pros

There are fun events planned throughout the year

Cons

This company is well know for having a toxic workplace. Rampant racism and bullying are normally and well known amongst employees. Name calling, bullying and harassment by higher ups is part of the culture and it is never fully addressed. Numerous managers have been reported but no firm actions are taken by executives. Highly predatory company.

Pros

Full-time job as a start and decent medical insurance

Cons

Awful environment, FAKE people around especially in HR, you will meet rude people occasionally, backward thinking company, they are not willing to invest into people and the proper software. They will blame you very quickly and will require you to be apologetic for the things you are not in full control of. Micromanaging will drive you crazy, there is no freedom and a huge lack of trust. The work is NOT hard but very routine and manual. Tasks were extremely boring and didn't contribute to the growing of analytical skills. If you have better options, just choose another company over it.

Opportunities unlike anywhere else

Pros

- The company takes their time to identify and vet new recruits, but once in the door, opportunities are thrown at you from day one and those who have the desire and talent to make the most of them are usually fast tracked through the organization - For a company with so many talented individuals, it somehow manages to maintain a culture of team work and collaboration. People work closely with one another to achieve their goals instead of competing against one another. - Senior management are high calibre and extremely ambitious meaning that the company is always exploring new markets and ways to differentiate itself. Nothing ever stands still. - There are always opportunities to work in our different jurisdictions around the world (there are 12 right now) and across different service offerings (too many to mention)

Cons

- It`s not an easy place to stand out from the crowd because of the talent already there
