Supportive team environment with approachable Managers and coworkers who are generally willing to help. Clear operational procedures and structured daily routines make it easier to understand expectations. Good exposure to retail operations such as inventory management, merchandising standards, customer service, and loss prevention. A fast-paced environment that helps build confidence, time management, and problem-solving skills. Employee discounts are a nice perk.

Cons

There is strong pressure to promote the Canadian Tire Mastercard, which can sometimes feel at odds with a customer-first service approach and add stress for frontline staff.
