      Pros

      I had an amazing boss who made work enjoyable but they fired her. It's GEU thankfully so I am protected

      Cons

      I could write a book. Everyone that works here is afraid of losing their jobs because it is a company that is profit driven. Nothing matters others than the bottom line. This company is ruled by fear. There are managers but they are just managers, not leaders. If the client knew what was really happening I can guarantee they would not do business with Maximus Canada in the future.

      This employer is the most backward, alarmingly ignorant, biased, anal employers, they ONLY perform for the bottom line.

      Pros

      If you work at a very high efficiency they will leave you alone.

      Cons

      They ravage their employees and abuse their authority. They actually 'gun' for workers, if they think you are insubordinate or taking too many sick days. The policies they run are in direct opposition to the nature of the service being provided. Where I worked we were handling admin. services for the provincial medical services plan. Instead of approaching delicate matters of health care and pharmaseudical issues with the tax payer in mind, they used call centre sweat shop standards. They epitomize American corporate greed at it's foulest.

      Pros

      There are some great people to work with both on your team and other teams. A lot of the work actually helps people who need it.

      Cons

      Everything happens on the fly. Hugely inadequate planning. Low Pay Low to no merit increases Bonus structure is a smoke screen Culture is one that constantly asks for more from employees with no incentive, financial or otherwise.
