If you are not a creative person or apart of the creative & strategy team, your hard work rarely gets notice Poor leadership (starts from the TOP) The CEO is probably the coldest person in the whole company, he doesn't even acknowledge you in the hall ways. The claim that there is no budget for raises, but the purchases of huge ugly potted plants miraculous appear in the office space every once in a while, says differently. It is all about image but no substance (great office location, but the employees that put in great work go unnoticed)

Be very weary of this company. While it does begin your career, there are plenty of better options. If you are a young professional who is interested to start their career, please know that there are better companies because this place does not offer a healthy, supportive or positive working environment. The pay is low pay, the treatment is cruel and there is little to no advancement. This company also pressures you to work overtime and turns a blind eye on your health. Any and every young professional deserves better.
