If a pharmacist wants to feel like a bullied disrespected factory worker --- then he or she is welcome! The responsibilities over mistakes, morbidities and deaths, over which he has no control will easily be dumped on him, and NOBODY will protect such pharmacists in front of OCP or courts. Assistant staff members are poorly trained, and deadly mistakes often happen not due to the lack of medical knowledge, but incompetent ability to program algorithms in the computer system. No time to properly double-check anything. Everything is in God's hands if you will. Helen Huh's Boss should take a hard look at it. The Head Office does not provide any meaningful training sessions, does not answer any concerns. Lots of unhealthy plotting going on. Overwhelming number of females with insane mood swings drain one emotionally even further.
Safety comes LAST in this place. Considering contacting National Media to expose this company. God Forbid to send your loved ones to nursing homes under Medisystems "care". People either quit within several years or get fired. Pharmacists develop ulcers, high blood pressure, controlled substances abuse. Helen Huh has been aware about problems for years and...? Did absolutely nothing!
