No promotions or raises with any regularity, for anyone. Seems like they are always trying to save money by not hiring to fill positions, even though teams are sinking with the weight of the work You have little value to the company if you only work a normal work week, you are expected to work much more and some teams are worse than others.? Upper management (Sr Leadership Team) is self absorbed & interested only in furthering their personal agendas Salaries are below par and not competitive, that is unless you have just been recruited- then you can guarantee being paid way more than you are worth especially if you are jr.
