Working at Medline was one of the most disappointing job experiences I’ve had. The environment is toxic, immature, and unprofessional. There’s a culture of bullying and harassment that is either ignored or enabled by management. Concerns raised are dismissed or brushed off, and there is zero accountability. There is absolutely no work-life balance—overtime is constantly expected, including evenings, weekends, and even long weekends. If you value your personal time or have a family, this is not the place for you. The turnover rate is extremely high, which speaks volumes. New hires come and go because they’re either pushed out or realize quickly how unbearable the workplace culture is. Worst of all, Medline allows customers to speak to employees with disrespect and hostility, and employees are expected to tolerate it with no support. Management would rather side with abusive customers than protect their own staff. I do not recommend working here to anyone. If you’re looking for a respectful, professional, and healthy work environment—keep looking.
